What is the difference between the GamerBus™ and the Game Trailer?
The primary difference is appearance. Both the GamerBus™ and our Game Trailers feature the same gaming systems, the same games, require the same parking space, and accommodate the same number of players.

What games are available during a GamerBus™ party?
We stock the latest multiplayer games across all of our gaming systems. Guests may choose from our game library for their event.
Can we choose which games we play during our party?
Yes. You may choose from any of the games available in our game library for your event.
How many players can play at one time?
The number of players depends on the games selected. We can accommodate up to 20 gamers when everyone is playing four-player games.
Our GamerBus™ Shuttle can accommodate up to 15 gamers, with its smaller size allowing access to locations where larger units may not fit.
What ages can participate in a GamerBus™ party?
Participants must be at least six years old to use the gaming controllers. Children under six years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times while inside the mobile gaming unit.
What makes GamerBus™ different from other party entertainment?
GamerBus™ brings the complete gaming experience directly to your location. Our climate-controlled, self-powered mobile gaming theaters require only a place to park, allowing us to provide an interactive gaming experience without requiring any setup from the host.
Do the GamerBus™ units require electricity at my location?
No. Our GamerBus™ and Game Trailers are completely self-contained with their own power, heating, and air conditioning. We do not need to plug into your home or venue.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
Because all gaming equipment is located inside our climate-controlled mobile gaming units, rain does not affect your party. Our units provide heat and air conditioning for comfortable gaming throughout the year.
We only cancel events if travel conditions are unsafe, such as deep snow, icy roads, or excessively high winds.
Where does the GamerBus™ park during an event?
We require approximately 50 feet of concrete parking space. In most situations, our units are not parked in residential driveways. As long as there is an appropriate parking location, we'll bring the party to you.
Is food or drink allowed inside the GamerBus™?
No. Food and drinks are not provided and are not permitted inside any GamerBus™ mobile gaming unit.
What is GamerBus™'s cancellation and rescheduling policy?
A $100 deposit is required and is non-refundable.
If you cancel more than seven days before your event, your deposit may be applied toward one rescheduled party during the same calendar year at no additional charge.
Parties may only be rescheduled one time.
If cancellation occurs less than seven days before your scheduled event, an additional non-refundable $100 rescheduling fee will be added when you book your new date.
