Employees wear masks while on duty.
Our employees will wear masks while they are on duty to protect themselves and you. Per the Va. Governor, customers are required to wear masks as well.
We disinfect equipment after each use.
This has ALWAYS been a standard practice for us. Sanitizing wipes are also available for customer use. As always, you are free to bring your own controllers, keyboards and headsets, although we cannot guarantee that they will work with our systems. We have always had a hand sanitizer station at the front door but we will now have bottles located throughout the building also.
We have added the latest technology in air purifiers to every room.
We have purchased a Molekule air purifier with PECO technology to filter out Bacteria and Virus (including the COVID19) from the air and sanitizing is standard practice for us anyway. Find more info here -- https://molekule.com/technology
We encourage social distancing.
We are only seating every other console and gaming PC to encourage social distancing. This puts each gaming station at a 6ft-9ft social distance and we have a plastic curtain between each set up as well. Per phase 3 we must limiting our total capacity to 50% until further notice. While up and walking around, In situations where a six-foot separation is not possible, we will strictly enforce our mask requirement.
We take temperatures of customers and employees.
We take the temperature of all our customers and employees upon entry with a contactless thermometer. A reading of 100F or more will result in the denial of entry. A customer may request a second reading after a five-minute wait outside (for example, after physical exertion on a hot day), but if that second reading is also 100F or more, that customer will be denied entry.
Walk In Play
Because the limit on business make it extremely hard to navigate paying employees and when to open our walk in hours will vary. Please just call ahead before coming.

Because we are following all CDC and governor mandated group guidelines to keep kids safe and socially distant, our camps WILL continue.

Again, because we are following all governor mandated group guidelines to keep our customers safe and socially distant our parties WILL continue.
For parties on the GamerBus and GameTrailer we will require that you follow governor mandated group guidelines.
For parties in the GameOn Gaming Center until further notice we will be restricted to parties of only 8 players (max of 15 attendees). Parties for 8 is $305 and does still include pizza, drinks, paper products and water for your 8 players.
